How do AI Credits work?
Each paid plan includes a monthly AI credit allowance. Credit usage varies by context length, tools used, knowledge base size, and response complexity; in practice, one AI message usually uses about 2-3 credits. If you exceed your included monthly credits, additional credits are billed at $5 per 1,000. The Free plan has no included monthly credits and is billed as pay-as-you-go at the Free-plan multiplier.
