- AI agents will continue responding to customers (other queries, for example), even when it flags a chat as escalated.
- Humans in the loop can take over chats and respond. They can even take over chats that are not escalated
- Humans can hand over chat back to the AI agent to allow it to continue chatting with your customers.
- Create broadcasts without name - you can always change the name of the broadcast later
