AI can now book orders and complete payments

Experimental: AI + Human Hybrid chat modeWe have launched 2 experimental features. You can enable hybrid mode for an agent. This will allow you to do a few things:

Bug fixes & Improvements

  • AI agents will continue responding to customers (other queries, for example), even when it flags a chat as escalated.
  • Humans in the loop can take over chats and respond. They can even take over chats that are not escalated
  • Humans can hand over chat back to the AI agent to allow it to continue chatting with your customers.
  • Create broadcasts without name - you can always change the name of the broadcast later
